Description
- Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction crews to maintain quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Review project plans and blueprints to provide input on constructability and potential challenges.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper use of resources on-site.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

Profile
A successful Superintendent - Retail + Automotive should have:
