SUMMARY

We are seeking a Site Superintendent to serve as the on-site leader responsible for overseeing the delivery, inspection, and installation of engineered power packaging equipment across multiple project locations. This individual will act as the face of the organization in the field, ensuring all installations, customer interactions, and site activities reflect the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. This role requires significant travel and the ability to operate independently while coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee on-site delivery, inspection, and installation of generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and related equipment
  • Inspect incoming equipment for shipping or handling damage and document findings accurately
  • Conduct inventory verification of shipped materials and communicate discrepancies to internal teams
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for riggers, installers, and general contractors
  • Coordinate technical clarifications and resolve field-level challenges in real time
  • Identify and assist in resolving minor quality issues and punch-list items to maintain project timelines and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure strict adherence to all site safety protocols and compliance requirements
  • Provide consistent reporting including site updates, documentation, and progress photos to internal stakeholders
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach at all times
  • Lead and support field service technicians, ensuring quality execution and completion of scope
  • Collaborate with warranty and startup teams to ensure seamless project closeout and turnover

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in field supervision, construction, or mechanical/electrical installation environments
  • Strong knowledge of power generation systems, enclosures, or heavy industrial equipment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, site plans, and installation documents
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Highly organized and self-directed with the ability to work independently in the field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel extensively (including multi-week travel periods)
  • High school diploma required; technical or trade certification preferred
