- Oversee the complete lifecycle of construction projects from initiation through closeout.
- Lead and coordinate construction teams to ensure work progresses on schedule and remains within budget.
- Enforce all on‑site safety standards and monitor compliance throughout the project.
- Partner with project managers, engineers, and architects to maintain alignment across all disciplines.
- Address project challenges or delays quickly to keep work moving efficiently.
- Perform regular quality assurance inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, codes, and industry regulations.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support field teams.
- Effective at resolving conflicts and making sound decisions under pressure.
- Background in ground‑up K-12 or municipal construction projects.
- RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR REQUIRED
