Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Project Superintendent to oversee ground up commercial healthcare developments in Southlake, Texas, with a focus on surgery centers and emergency rooms.
Responsibilities
- Lead on site construction oversight for ground up healthcare developments, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- Supervise daily field operations and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors
- Serve as the on site representative for ownership, maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes
- Conduct quality control inspections and maintain accurate daily logs and reporting
- Coordinate construction activities to ensure adherence to approved budgets and schedules
- Resolve field issues proactively to keep projects progressing efficiently
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of commercial construction experience with required healthcare project exposure
- Proven experience delivering ground up surgery centers and emergency rooms
- Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, cost control, and safety compliance
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, contracts, submittals, and specifications
- Proficiency in construction management platforms, Bluebeam Revu, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
