Job Details

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Experience managing interiors, renovations, or tenant fit-out projects
Ability to manage day-to-day field operations from start through closeout
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination
Experience working in occupied or operational environments
Ability to develop and maintain short-term schedules and lookaheads
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing site logistics
Strong knowledge of safety standards and enforcement on active job sites
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience with quality control and punch list management
Proficiency with construction technology such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
Strong communication skills with project teams, clients, and subcontractors
Ability to proactively identify and resolve field issues
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
Commitment to maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
Willingness to be onsite full-time and actively lead field operations
