Job Details
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Lead Foreman in light industrial or industrial construction environments
- Experience managing field operations for projects involving utilities, piping systems, equipment installations, or facility infrastructure
- Ability to oversee daily jobsite operations including subcontractors, labor crews, scheduling, and site logistics
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA compliance
- Experience coordinating with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and maintain productivity
- Experience with industrial or process-driven environments such as manufacturing, utilities, energy, or plant facilities preferred
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
