Key Responsibilities for the Construction Superintendent - Denver

• Run/manage commercial construction project from start to finish
• Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Mentor and manage team members
• Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings
• Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers
• Develop site utilization and logistic plans
• Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalism

Profile

• Ground up commercial construction experience
• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial/ multifamily construction superintendent
• Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software (Procore, Suretrak, Primavera P6, MS Project).
• This is a Denver based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.
