Job Details
Extensive field leadership experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects
Strong background delivering K-12 education or healthcare facility projects
Experience managing large institutional projects and complex site logistics
Proven ability coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operations
Deep knowledge of construction safety programs and quality control processes
Experience managing schedules, inspections, and construction documentation
Ability to collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and field teams
Must work onsite at commercial construction project sites in and around the state of New Mexico, primarily northern NM.
