Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily field operations, subcontractors, and crews on civil construction projects.
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure smooth workflow.
- Enforce all safety standards, conduct site inspections, and lead safety meetings.
- Ensure work is performed per plans, specifications, and quality expectations.
- Communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager and leadership team.
- Assist with project planning, sequencing, and problem-solving on site.
- Maintain daily reports, track quantities, and support project documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, inspectors, vendors, and field personnel.
