Sunday Market Territory Manager (Luxury Experience) - BRENTWOOD

We are a luxury experience brand looking for a Market Manager to own our Sunday market operations in Brentwood.

This is not a standard "Cashier" or "Brand Ambassador" role. You are the General Manager of your location for the day. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the market: Logistics, Setup, Sales, and Breakdown.

This role requires a switch in mindset between "Logistics" and "Hospitality."

1. Morning Operations:
   

   • Arrive at our Long Beach Hub (6:00 AM).
     

   • Load the market kit (Tent, Table, Weights, Product) into YOUR vehicle.
     

   • Drive to the market and execute a solo setup of a 10x10 booth.
     

2. Market Hours:
   

   • Once the tent is up, you switch modes. You are the host.
     

   • You engage guests, sample luxury products, and drive revenue.
     

3. Breakdown:
   

   • Pack up the kit, return to Long Beach, and log inventory.
     

• Base Rate:$25.00/hr (Guaranteed).
  

• Logistics Stipend:$25.00 flat per shift (Gas/Vehicle use).
  

• Performance Commission:10% of all sales over $600.
  

  • Target Earnings:$220 - $260+ per shift.
    

• Vehicle: You MUST own a reliable SUV, Crossover, Station Wagon, or Hatchback with fold-flat seats. (Sedans/Coupes will not fit our equipment).
  

• Location: Must be able to start and end the shift in Long Beach, CA.
  

• Physique: Ability to lift 50lbs overhead (pop-up tents and sandbags) and pull a heavy wagon.
  

• Background: Experience in High-End Catering, Captaining, or Luxury Retail preferred.
