Job Summary:
We are seeking a SuccessFactors LMS Administrator & Business System Analyst responsible for supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) with a focus on configuration, compliance, and technical enablement. This role involves deep interaction with learning business units to understand their needs and translate them into scalable LMS configurations while maintaining governance, audit readiness, and data quality. The candidate will also support integrations, troubleshoot content tracking issues, and collaborate on reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full configuration, administration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) including workflow, permission, and content lifecycle management.
- Ensure audit readiness of learning records, enforce governance, and collaborate with Compliance and Internal Audit teams.
- Build accurate reports, troubleshoot data inconsistencies, and partner with teams for data analytics and dashboard creations.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations with content vendors, monitor API data flows, support SSO, and manage identity integrations.
- Translate business needs into scalable LMS configurations, conduct requirement gatherings, lead UAT cycles, and maintain process documentation.
- Deep, hands-on experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) for 5+ years.
- Strong background in audit-driven or regulated environments (SOX, GxP, ISO, OSHA).
- Advanced expertise in LMS security, content debugging/tracking, and data governance.
- Experience in heavily regulated industries such as healthcare, biotech, finance, aerospace, or government is highly advantageous.
