PAY RATE: $97.50/hour

Summary: 

• Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to establish system design

• Develop, maintain, and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs using 3D Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and other engineering methods

• Provide product definition to engineering teams, production operations, suppliers, and external customers throughout the product lifecycle

• Lead performance analysis, system integration, and validation testing to ensure components meet requirements and specifications

• Manage supplier development, testing, and production activities; coordinate with suppliers to optimize design and achieve program objectives

• Support investigation of emerging technologies and develop concepts for future product designs

• Work with minimal supervision in a collaborative engineering environment

Requirements:

• Aerospace expereince required 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or related technical field

  • ABET accreditation preferred (U.S.), but not required

• 10+ years of structural design experience

• 8+ years designing primary structures, subsystems, or weapons systems within the aerospace industry

• Experience with Siemens NX / TeamCenter

• Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering drawings

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
