Job Title: Stretch Wrap Machine Operator
Job Summary:
The Stretch Wrap Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining stretch wrapping equipment used to secure palletized products for storage and shipment. This position ensures pallets are wrapped safely and efficiently to maintain product stability and prevent damage during transport. The operator also monitors machine performance, performs basic troubleshooting, and supports overall warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate stretch wrap machines to wrap palletized products according to company standards.
Inspect pallets before wrapping to ensure they are stable and properly stacked.
Adjust machine settings for different load sizes, weights, and product types.
Load and replace stretch film rolls as needed.
Monitor machine operation and ensure consistent wrapping quality.
Identify and resolve minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance.
Remove completed pallets and move them to staging or shipping areas using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
Maintain a clean and organized work area around the wrapping station.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or machine operator experience preferred.
Experience operating stretch wrap or packaging equipment is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.
Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
