Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Transformation Coaching. You will consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Transformation Coaching business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
• 7 years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum, or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 8 years of Agile experience on an Agile team (i.e., Product Owner, Scrum Master)
• 7 years of leadership experience
• 5 years as an active Agile Coach
• 3 years of experience implementing scaled Agile transformation in a complex, silo-driven environment

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to identify and address complex business challenges
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for transformation coaching
• Engage with cross-functional teams to drive Agile practices and solutions
