Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. You will consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. You will provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.

Salary Range

$85.00/hr on W2 to $90.00/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in product delivery, business analysis, or project management.
• Work involving AI, automation, or workflow-heavy technology solutions.
• Delivering technology or data-driven products within a structured or regulated environment.
• Requirements writing, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Managing delivery of both internal builds and third-party technology solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Facilitate user story workshops and ensure requirements are documented and understood.
• Create wireframes and UI/UX mockups to support design discussions.
• Support product documentation and backlog refinement.
• Partner with technology teams on custom solution builds.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with test planning and execution.
• Track delivery timelines, milestones, and risks.
• Support rollout planning and stakeholder communication.
• Manage delivery activities for vendor-supported solutions.
• Ensure vendors meet requirements and delivery expectations.
• Support onboarding, transition, and operational readiness when external solutions are involved.
• Oversee timelines and project management activities associated with vendor workstreams.
