Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 4

Location: Charlotte, NC

Salary Range: $65-$70/hr on W2

Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Demonstrated experience using Loan IQ to onboard new credit facilities, process loan bookings, set up deal structures, and execute funding events.
• Strong working knowledge of syndicated loan documentation, including ability to read and interpret credit agreements, term sheets, amendments, and fee letters.
• Solid understanding of syndicated lending products, including revolvers, term loans, delayed draw term loans, swinglines, letters of credit, and multicurrency structures.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience in large-scale business execution projects.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory requirements.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
