Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on W2
• 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• Expert-level knowledge of Cisive and other background check vendors
• Knowledge of Workday desired
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to partner and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and third-party vendors

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Serve as primary product team contact to the I-9 and background check business stakeholders
• Communication of complex issues in a clear, understandable way
• Partner with the business to create quality requirements for the vendor to execute on
• Creation of test cases and coordination of UAT activities with the business
• Ensure all changes implemented by the vendor are thoroughly tested and perform as expected
• Deep understanding of testing requirements across various scenarios
