Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Risk governance is a plus.
• MS Office (Sharepoint and Powerpoint).
• Jira experience is a plus as well.
• Presentation skills.
• Project management.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiative and change events in ECM platform (The Registry).
• Ability to attend and potentially present at governance forums to large audiences.
• Experience in issues management reporting and working with controls teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Gather, refine, and archive documentation associated with change governance forums.
• Manage Enterprise Change Management (ECM) initiative and change events in ECM platform (The Registry).
• Take meeting minutes at forums and distribute appropriately.
