Strategy and Execution - Business Execution Consultant 1 - Contingent

Introduction

This contingent resource assignment involves participating in or providing support for low complexity initiatives within Business Execution. You will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Business Execution. You will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Client, Freddie Mac, or FHA multifamily loans.
• Background in insurance compliance or insurance risk management.
• Experience with major servicers (e.g., Client, Walker & Dunlop, Greystone).
• Agency-side experience (Fannie, Freddie, etc.).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance policies and certificates for agency loan compliance.
• Monitor renewals and ensure all insurance coverage meets agency guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams, lenders, and external partners to resolve insurance deficiencies.
