Envestnet is seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Programs Consultant to join our Relationship Management department. This is a hybrid role, with in-office work required at our Berwyn, PA office location or remote.

Job Summary: 

The Strategic Partnerships & Programs Consultant is responsible for managing and directing Partnership and Ecosystem integration strategy in support of the Strategic Partnerships Head for Envestnet. The Strategic Partnerships & Programs Consultant works with the Product Group on the Strategic Integration and Product Strategy functions including internal ecosystem strategy. Priorities include strategic planning, strong leadership/management abilities, and problem resolution. Works cross-functionally and closely with engineering, client support, business stakeholders and executive leadership in their role.  Articulates and presents benefits to clients, internal teams, and the marketplace. Strategic Partnerships & Programs Consultant is responsible for facilitating the Consulting Engagement program as well as the Envestnet Industry Leadership content. They will participate and drive new Strategic opportunities as they present themselves. The Strategic Partnerships Director deeply understands and anticipates our clients’ needs and is always looking for innovative ways to solve industry problems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to translate partnership strategy into actionable initiatives by aligning organizational requirements (structure, policies, resources) and supporting the development of new solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, emerging technologies, and ecosystem developments to inform partnership opportunities and strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a program management lead for strategic partnership initiatives, coordinating cross-functional efforts, tracking milestones and deliverables, and ensuring initiatives progress from planning through execution.
  • Engage in Strategic Business Development by supporting due diligence, market analysis, and solution design for prospective partnerships and strategic opportunities.
  • Supplement the department’s objectives as needed.
  • Educate, mentor, and share knowledge with the organization’s management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders regarding the company’s vision, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and direct procedures and methods to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  • Influence a wide range of audiences; present and defend complicated or delicate issues that have an important impact on the business.
  • Develop business plans, presentations, partnership materials, and internal content in collaboration with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to support leadership discussions and partnership initiatives.
  • Represent Envestnet at industry and ENV events.
  • Limited support complex client engagements to assist in creative solutioning.
  • Coordinate and track multiple partnership initiatives across the pipeline by establishing timelines, facilitating collaboration across product, engineering, and business stakeholders, and monitoring progress against strategic objectives.
  • Support reporting and performance tracking for partnership initiatives, helping leadership evaluate progress, outcomes, and areas for new business development.
  • Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.  
  • As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in client‑facing and/or relationship management roles.
  • Industry experience or Envestnet (ENV) knowledge required.
  • Proven ability to engage with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Custody, competitive intelligence, or market research experience preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Hard working and eager to be involved in a collaborative team environment.
  • Leading by example with the highest ethical and work standards.

Salary:
The annual base salary range for this position is $121,000 to $151,000.
