The Strategic Partnership Manager – Orthodontic is responsible for leading new and expanding existing business development opportunities across the U.S. dental market, with a primary focus on third-party education partners, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and alternative DSO models.

This role drives strategic sales, marketing, and operational initiatives in close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and field sales leadership. The Strategic Partnership Manager will serve as the primary owner for assigned partners, ensuring programs are executed effectively, partnerships are scaled responsibly, and measurable business outcomes are delivered.

This role will drive deep partner engagement and field-based execution, focused on maximizing partner ROI and long-term growth.

Role expectations

• Lead strategic partnerships, programs, and initiatives requiring cross-functional engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned dental partners, providing strategic guidance and customized support to drive mutual growth.

• Develop, coordinate, and implement partner programs designed to expand existing business and capture new growth opportunities.

• Drive programs and projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

• Lead and organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensure communication, facilitate completion on schedule and within budget.

• Partner closely with field sales teams to support in-market execution and partner-driven initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Director of Strategic Partnerships (U.S.) to execute both short-term priorities and long-term strategic objectives.

• Identify and assess market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive dynamics to inform partnership strategy.

• Develop comprehensive business plans and evaluate new partnership opportunities for investment and scale.

• Support partnerships across the U.S. market in the dental channel. 

Additional responsibilities:

• Travel and work in customer-facing environments approximately 30–50% of the role

What were looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent discipline

• 6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development

• Strong business acumen, judgment, and strategic thinking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders

• Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills

• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and competing priorities

• Demonstrated sense of urgency and adaptability in a dynamic environment
