Strategic Capital Coaches are a senior advisory tier within the ecosystem—working closely with sponsors, funds, and investors to sharpen capital strategy, improve decision-making, and build durable investment platforms, while earning through high-impact advisory engagements.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Strategic Capital Coaches to provide capital-focused strategy, guidance, and mentorship to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role. Coaches operate as independent contractors and are activated through a selective verification and approval process.

Once approved, Coaches:

• Coach fund managers and sponsors on capital strategy, portfolio construction, and long-term positioning

• Guide fundraising strategy, LP communications, and capital allocation decisions

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, strengthening capital judgment and strategic thinking

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Coach Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for seasoned capital professionals who excel at guiding decisions, shaping strategy, and mentoring high-potential talent.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Strategic Capital Coaches may:

• Coach fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising narratives

• Advise on capital structuring, risk allocation, and investment pacing

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on capital logic, underwriting judgment, and IC preparedness

• Provide portfolio-level guidance on capital deployment, optimization, and value creation

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or strategic partners

Coaches focus on high-level capital coaching, strategic guidance, and mentorship, rather than hands-on transactional execution or day-to-day modeling unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund strategy, capital raising, and LP communications

• Capital structuring, allocation frameworks, and investment pacing

• Investment committee support and strategic decision-making

• Portfolio and platform-level capital optimization

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

Approval is granted based on experience, capital track record, and demonstrated ability to coach decision-makers on real capital outcomes.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Coaches operate as independent contractors

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, capital track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory contributions tied to successful capital outcomes

• Payments issued after completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent, high-impact capital coaching

How Coaches Get Activated

1. Submit a Coach application detailing background, capital experience, and advisory history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Receive promotion within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin coaching funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This process ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to real opportunities.

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All coaching and advisory activity must comply with applicable securities laws and remain focused on strategic guidance, capital coaching, and mentorship.
