Strategic Capital Coaches are a key tier of the ecosystem—providing high-touch, strategic guidance on capital formation, deal execution, and growth initiatives while gaining both earning potential and credibility across the network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Strategic Capital Coaches to provide strategic, operational, and capital-market guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is an independent contractor role, not traditional employment. Coaches operate through a verification and approval process. Once approved, Coaches:

• Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and growth strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and execution capability

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of structuring, raising, and executing private capital transactions.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Strategic Capital Coaches may:

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Support deal sponsors with transaction structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

• Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Coaches focus on high-level strategic guidance, transaction oversight, and network-driven deal activation. Day-to-day transactional modeling is handled by analysts unless explicitly approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Operational or portfolio company advisory

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Independent contractor engagement

• Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

How Coaches Get Activated

1. Submit a Strategic Capital Coach application with background, track record, and deal history

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin working with funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to live deal opportunities.

• Market investments outside approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work focuses on strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal support, compliant with applicable securities laws.
