Express Employment is Now Hiring a Store Manager

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, train, and schedule team members
  • Deliver exceptional in-store and phone customer service
  • Oversee daily operations, inventory, and store presentation
  • Manage POS, orders, and class bookings
  • Support and host candy making events/classes
  • Drive sales and help build community relationships

What We're Looking For:

  • Leadership experience in retail
  • Outgoing, positive, and hands-on leader
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Passion for customer experience and team development

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday's as needed
  • 10am-6:30pm
  • $19+ (DOE)
