The Opportunity
An established, high-volume automotive repair operation is looking for a hands-on Store Manager who knows how to run a shop, lead from the front, and drive serious performance.
This is not a clipboard role. It is a leadership seat in a shop doing 120+ cars per week with a $1,500 average repair order. The right candidate understands that culture drives production, production drives profit, and leadership drives everything.

The Right Fit
The ideal candidate:
Has 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume automotive shop
Understands KPIs, gross profit, and accountability
Has led service advisors and technicians to strong production numbers
Is confident managing dispatching, shop flow, and scheduling
Is comfortable working 60–65 hours per week, including weekends as needed
Leads with standards, structure, and consistency
European experience is a plus, but strong operators from any high-volume background are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses tied to gross profit and team performance
$150,000–$160,000+ realistic on-target earnings
High performers will be paid like high performers.
