What You'll Own

• Lead the hiring, training, and development of your team
  
• Manage store operations: sales, labor, inventory, and quality
  
• Drive sales by continuous improvement in service speed, customer satisfaction, store standards, and community engagement
  
• Uphold core values (Integrity, Love, Humility, Courage) and build a positive, accountable culture
  

Who You Are

• 2+ years of successful management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)
  
• Leadership and team development skills
  
• High school diploma
  
• Driver s license
  
• Energetic, tenacious, and passionate about people and service
