Role Overview
Store Manager for an Atlanta location of a global premium human hair products company. Responsible for daily store operations, team leadership, sales performance, customer experience, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and maintain high service standards
- Lead and develop the store team to achieve sales and service goals
- Drive revenue through strong customer relationships and product knowledge
- Manage inventory and stock control
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising and store presentation
- Report sales performance and operational metrics to regional leadership
Qualifications
- Previous retail store management experience
- Experience in beauty, hair, cosmetics, or fashion industries preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
Compensation
Competitive hourly wage plus bonus per company policy. Bi-weekly pay via bank transfer. Holiday gift bonuses ($150 per eligible holiday). Comprehensive benefits package.
Working Hours
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
