Pay:

$18-19/hr

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 6am-430pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Fold, size, and organize clothing and other merchandise to company standards.
• Assist in replenishing floor inventory from the stockroom as needed.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments.
• Tag, label, and prepare merchandise for floor placement.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restock needs to management.
• Support visual merchandising standards and promotional displays.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service when needed.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and store procedures.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous retail or stockroom experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable standing, lifting, bending, and moving merchandise throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
