Join a fast-paced electronics manufacturing team as a Stockroom Associate specializing in kitting and inventory prep. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented who enjoys organizing, handling electronic components, and making sure production has exactly what it needs---right when it's needed.
What You'll Do:
- Accurately kit components for production based on customer and internal specifications
- Pull, prepare, and deliver material to SMT and assembly areas using kit sheets and load lists
- Verify correct part numbers and revisions using Epicor and printed instructions
- Support floor and work cell shortages by identifying and fulfilling missing components
- Use a digital volt multi-meter (DVM) to verify and document component values
- Use hand tools and preparation equipment for component handling and kitting
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper documentation
- Handle sensitive electronic components following ESD and MSD safety requirements
- Participate in physical inventory, shipping, and receiving support as needed
- Help maintain a clean and organized stockroom and work environment following 6S
What You Bring:
- Experience in kitting, inventory, or stockroom operations (manufacturing preferred)
- Ability to read and follow kit sheets, load lists, and work instructions
- Familiarity with component identification (IPC-DVD-64C preferred)
- IPC-A-610 Modules 1 & 2 certification preferred
- Comfortable using Epicor or other ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be able to read and interpret part numbers and drawings accurately
Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM -- 3:30 PM, Monday--Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM -- 2:15 AM, Monday--Thursday
- Pay: $22.00 -- $24.00/hour depending on experience
