Pay Rate: $25 – $28/hour
Schedule: 5 Days/Week | 8 Hours/Day (40 Hours/Week)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to support a healthcare facility by ensuring the proper decontamination, assembly, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and infection control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization of surgical instruments per industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble complex instruments
• Assemble and package instrument trays accurately
• Operate sterilization equipment (autoclaves, washer disinfectors)
• Inspect instruments for cleanliness, functionality, and defects
• Maintain sterilization records, tracking logs, and inventory
• Monitor supply levels and ensure timely restocking
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment and maintain a compliant workspace
• Complete daily documentation and system updates

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of sterile processing experience
• Certification required (CRCST, CIS, or equivalent)
