Salary Range: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding policies, billing, and coverage with clarity and patience.

Assist policyholders with policy changes, claims processing, and general account inquiries.

Provide information about State Farm products and services.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Help customers understand their insurance policies and options.

P/C License preferred

Willing to train

Licensing assistance available

Bilingual required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency with computers and common office software.

A genuine desire to help people.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
