Verizon Customer Service Representative Key Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for Verizon customers, addressing inquiries related to billing, plan changes, technical issues, and general account information.
- Identify customer needs to offer customized solutions and promote the newest Verizon 5G services, devices, and special offers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Verizon 5G's wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively educate and advise customers.
- Work with internal teams to quickly and professionally resolve customer issues, aiming for high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service activities within CRM systems.
- Attend team meetings and regular training sessions alongside Verizon Customer Service Representative to remain up-to-date on new products and service developments.
