opportunity. Why You'll Love This Role Platform Engineering at Cribl is
responsible for creating and maintaining the foundational software
infrastructure that supports our entire ecosystem of products. This
includes designing scalable systems, shared services, developer tools,
and core components that other product teams rely on to build
customer-facing features quickly and reliably. We're currently seeking
a Staff Software Engineer to join our Platform UI team-a critical group
that owns and evolves the core frontend architecture used across
Cribl's suite of products. In this role, you'll be deeply involved in
high-impact frontend engineering, primarily using TypeScript,
JavaScript, and React. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will ... *
Architect and deliver large-scale UI solutions using React, JavaScript,
and TypeScript, ensuring high-quality code * Write effective unit tests
and end-to-end tests to ensure robust, maintainable, and high-quality
software * Build and maintain a UI component library that streamlines
development and promotes a consistent user experience * Implement
accessibility best practices, using tools to identify and resolve
accessibility issues for an inclusive user experience * Operate with
speed and accuracy in prototyping and delivering complex front-end
projects * Experience building backend APIs is a great plus * Lead
cross-team efforts with other engineering teams and stakeholders,
driving projects that span multiple functional areas through clear and
effective communication If You Got It - We Want It * 8+ years of proven
experience * Demonstrated experience working with design partners and
product managers to accelerate product innovation * Experience working
on data visualization problems with large volumes of data * Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, able to explain complex
technical topics to both internal and external stakeholders with ease,
even in remote/distributed environments Salary Range ($200,000 -
$235,000) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location.
The salary offered within the range described will be based on the
individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
