In Tandem is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead modernization initiatives across its portfolio, with an initial focus on OurFamilyWizard (OFW) our leading co-parenting app trusted by courts, but an expected focus on platform product plays across all three brands including FamilyWall and Cozi. In this role, you will define and drive the next generation of digital experiences for families, practitioners, and partners by infusing AI-native thinking into our product strategy, operations, and user experience.
You will own the roadmap and execution for transformative AI capabilities—from foundational models and intelligent user workflows to new product surfaces that reimagine how families communicate and manage shared responsibilities. This role requires a blend of strong consumer product sensibilities, technical capability in AI/ML, and a proven ability to deliver from concept through launch and ultimately successful value delivery and adoption.
What you'll accomplish:
Build AI Into High-Trust Workflows
- Design AI-native capabilities inside a court-recognized system of record
- Move beyond AI assisted features into workflow transformation and true insights
- Shape how LLMs interact with structured, sensitive data
- Establish evaluation frameworks for reliability, safety, and quality
Define unmet needs & solutions for Legal Professionals
- Lead deep discovery with attorneys, mediators, judges, court administrators
- Identify workflow pain and automation opportunities
- Validate and launch pro-facing features or adjacencies
Think Platform, Not Feature
- Develop AI capabilities that extend across OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, and FamilyWall
- Influence long-term architecture and shared AI infrastructure
- Operate at 01 and 1N
Who you are:

What you bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years directly focused on AI product development, ML-powered features, or AI-native product creation.
- A strong track record of building and scaling consumer technology products, ideally in marketplaces, communication platforms, or trust-critical ecosystems.
- Demonstrated success shipping innovative, high-impact products end-to-end, from concept and research to launch and iteration.
- Proficiency in prototyping and MVP development via vibe coding, comfort with tools like Claude Code, Codex, Lovable etc. and AI applications in your daily work. Experience building AI-product user feedback loops, model evaluation, and quality improvement.
- Expertise in data-driven product design, testing, and driving cutting edge experimentation techniques.
- Comfort partnering closely with engineering and data science teams, and the ability to translate technical detail into strategic decisions.
- Exceptional user empathy and ability to simplify complex workflows into delightful experiences.
- Strong communication, influence, and leadership abilities; experience driving cross-functional alignment in high-growth environments.
