Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy in Westminster, CO
Salary: $130,000 + (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and verify work completed by pharmacy technicians
- Ensure accuracy and organization of controlled substances, including E-Kits and control room inventory
- Compound sterile and non-sterile products in compliance with regulations
- Review and approve packaged medications and NDC changes
- Process backorders and special requests
- Supervise pharmacists when acting as PIC and provide support to pharmacy technicians
- Monitor pharmacy technician performance to meet run-time commitments and customer expectations
- Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and pharmacy policies, including reporting medication errors
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and complete QA documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned, including flexing into PV1 role and on-call coverage
Qualifications/Requirements:
- PharmD or equivalent degree in Pharmacy; active state license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist in a healthcare setting
- Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred
- Familiarity with Frameworks and DocuTrack systems strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts
