Job Purpose

• This position performs professional, clinical tasks that ensure the highest quality of pharmaceutical care and results for optimal patient care.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.

Licenses and/or Certifications:

• Licensed as a registered pharmacist in the United States, or current Texas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible within 90 days of hire.
• ACPE Accredited Sterile Compounding Certification or meets any TSBP regulation regarding sterile compounding.

Work Experience:

• 3 or more years of pharmacy work experience required (inclusive of residency training, PGY1 = 2yrs experience, PGY2 = 2yrs experience)
