Location: Woodinville, WA (Hybrid)
Salary: $62,000 – $72,800 DOE

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the close process, working through reconciliations, and contributing to accurate, timely financial reporting in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger with thorough documentation

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

• Support the month-end close, including account analysis and necessary adjustments

• Assist with accounts receivable activities such as invoicing, cash application, and follow-up on outstanding balances

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience supporting or leading close processes in an accounting role

• Sage Intacct experience strongly preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
