Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)
Salary Range: $58,240 – $70,720 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant role:

• Manage accounts payable, invoice approvals, ACH, and check payments
• Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and maintain prepaid schedules
• Support accruals, fixed asset tracking, and banking activity
• Process employee reimbursements and purchasing card transactions
• Assist with sales tax, 1099s, unclaimed property filings, and audit support
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely, accurate processing

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Working knowledge of GAAP and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and experience managing multiple competing deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a customer‑service mindset
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred, or equivalent experience

This is a full‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position operating in a hybrid work environment with regular onsite collaboration in Seattle, WA.
