Staff Accountant - Hybrid

What You’ll Own:
- Full ownership of project-level accounting and general ledger activity
- Budget vs. actual analysis with clear, confident explanations of cost and timing changes
- Close partnership with development and operations teams to support active projects
- Month-end close responsibilities, including accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Tracking project costs, commitments, and funding sources to stay aligned with budgets and financing
- Construction draws, pay applications, and lender reporting
What Sets You Up for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 3–4 years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and comfort building financial schedules from the ground up
- Real estate or construction accounting experience is a plus
