- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Yardi Voyager required
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in commercial property management
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and 10-key by touch
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret legal documents such as leases and agreements

- Manage property tax records, payments, and assessed value tracking
- Approve and initiate wire transfers
- Maintain cash management spreadsheets
- Review leases for CAM provisions and document in Yardi and Excel
- Handle retail/percentage rent calculations
- Prepare CAM reconciliations and coordinate tenant communications
- Process internal management fee payments
- Ensure compliance with local/state agencies for each entity
- Generate journal entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting for taxes, insurance, and licenses
- Review balance sheet accounts (AR, AP, prepaid expenses, security deposits)
- Support property acquisitions and onboarding
- Participate in policy development and software implementation
- Provide backup for AP and AR staff
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
