Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage Account Receivables, Customer outreach and Bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner.
- Perform payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner, and submit payroll taxes.
- Conduct regular ledger processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in data.
- Develop and document business processes to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in an Accounts receivable role (Construction industry preferred)
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to direct and supervise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
