Location: Kent, WA (On-site)
Salary: $58,240 – $68,640 DOE

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Staff Accountant to join their finance team in Kent, WA. This organization is a well-established leader in the manufacturing and service space, known for long-term stability, strong values, and a commitment to employee development.

Overview of the Staff Accountant Role:

• Maintain accounting records, including general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and subsidiary ledgers

• Record, review, and analyze transactions within the accounting system

• Perform account reconciliations, including bank and intercompany accounts

• Post monthly, quarterly, and year-end accruals

• Support tax filings and assist with year-end audit requests and documentation

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Ability to manage priorities and work independently

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

• A strong sense of ownership and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
