Overview
Seeking a Staff Accountant to support daily accounting operations, month?end close, and audit activities. This role reports to the Controller and works cross?functionally to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain schedules, journal entries, and assigned GL accounts
  • Record daily cash activity and ensure proper posting
  • Complete monthly reconciliations (balance sheet, bank accounts, accruals)
  • Assist with variance analysis and cost center reporting during month?end close
  • Provide support for audits and internal stakeholder requests
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and process improvements
  • Occasional overtime may be required during close periods

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 1–2 years of experience + Big 4 or CPA (required)
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, functions)
  • Experience with GL accounting and reconciliations (required)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast?paced environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work cross?functionally
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • Wholesale/retail industry experience a plus
