Staff Accountant
Location: Edwardsburg, MI (100% onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with audit preparation.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in general accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary:$57,000 – $59,000 depending on experience
