Staff Accountant

What You’ll Do
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end close
Maintain general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations
Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and grant tracking
Assist with financial reports for management, funders, and auditors
Help ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards and internal controls
Collaborate with program teams to support accurate financial reporting
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting experience (nonprofit experience a plus, not required)
Working knowledge of GAAP
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel; accounting software experience preferred
A team-first mindset and interest in mission-based work
