Role: Staff Accountant
Hours: Full Time
Pay: $50 - $60K
Location: Chandler, 85226
What Youll Do
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations
- Support month?end and year?end close, audits, and financial reporting
- Analyze expenses, make GL adjustments, and resolve discrepancies
- Help maintain strong internal controls and GAAP compliance
- Partner cross?functionally to ensure accurate financial data
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 03 years of accounting experience (public accounting exposure preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables)
- Solid understanding of GAAP
- Detail?oriented, analytical, and well?organized
- Self?directed, proactive team player with a desire to learn
- Salesforce experience is a plus
