As a Staff Accountant, you will play an essential role in managing day-to-day accounting activities and ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and perform general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor statement reviews
- Track fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and U.S. GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Familiarity with large ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Salary: $65,000–$85,000
