**Core Responsibilities**
- Oversee and execute the month-end financial close, perform reconciliations, and generate detailed financial reports for review.
- Collaborate in completing CPA audits and assist in essential year-end financial affairs.
- Handle quarterly tax filings, including payroll and sales/use taxes, and manage associated documentation.
- Evaluate and address Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Maintain vigilance over accounting entries, safeguarding accuracy.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of petty cash accounts and ensure precise employee deductions administration.
- Prepare comprehensive certified payroll documentation and sustain fleet-related financial records.
- Investigate and resolve any inconsistencies or unusual financial items effectively.
- Manage and update business licenses, certifications, and relevant administrative documentation.
- Facilitate seamless communication, managing correspondences and assisting administrative tasks to support executive and CPA directives.
