Staff Accountant Responsibilities
- Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and supporting schedules
- Staff Accountant will complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reporting packages
- Support AP/AR review and ensure accurate transaction processing
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership
- Assist with audit preparation and strengthen internal controls
Staff Accountant Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage, NetSuite, Intacct, etc. a plus)
- Staff Accountant will be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
Salary up to $77K + Bonus
