What You’ll Do

• Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Support job cost accounting and project reporting

• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and audits

• Work closely with project managers and leadership to keep financials accurate and on track

• Help improve processes as the company continues to grow

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• 1–3 years of accounting experience (construction or job cost experience is a plus, but not required)

• Strong attention to detail and solid Excel skills

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Someone who wants to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time
